Bake 1 white cake mix according to directions on box.
Let Cool then poke holes all over with a fork
Mix together:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 8 oz. can cream of coconut
Pour over cake - cover - chill overnight
Before serving, top with cool whip and coconut sprinkles
